People Career Connect provides One-on-One mentoring, Peer-to-Peer mentoring and Group Mentoring for university, college, career tech, students and alumni. Also available to companies, associations, and other organizations.

Question 2: How long does the mentoring program take place?

The agreement is for one year, but can go on indefinitely. It is up to the two parties involved.

Question 3: How does PCC match students with alums?

People Career Connect utilizes state of the art AI and personality profiling to match mentors with mentees, taking into account mentees' goals and alumni expertise.

Question 4: When can we launch our mentorship program?

People Career Connect should be ready to launch late Fall of 2025, so a January 2026 launch of your program is ideal. While we are finishing up our platform, you can be promoting the program to both students and alumni, and gaining commitments from those alums ready and willing to help.
